Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Paper Tiger Trading Company ("we", "us") for using Inven. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account.

Your content

You own the records and photos you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Inven for you (and, if you opt in, to improve the scanner). If you make your inventory or trades public, you allow other users to view them in the app and on the web.

Prices and values are estimates

Card identification, prices, values and profit figures come from automated tools and third-party sources and can be wrong or out of date. They are for your information only. They are not an appraisal, a guarantee of what a card will sell for, or financial, tax or investment advice. Always check before you buy, sell or trade.

Deals between people

Inven helps you record trades and sales; it doesn't take part in them. Any deal is between you and the other person, and you're responsible for it.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse Inven: no breaking the law, harassing others, posting content you don't have rights to, trying to access other people's data, overloading or attacking the service, scraping it, or reverse-engineering it.

Trademarks

Pokémon, One Piece and other game names, card images, and grading company names (such as PSA, BGS and CGC) belong to their owners. Inven is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Inven running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may sometimes be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on prices or values shown in the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you haven't paid anything).

Ending things

You can stop using Inven and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes, law and contact

We'll tell you in the app before important changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
